Here is Trick.
Its very simple, i hope u all have Open vpn Client in ur systems,

Just download the config file from Below and extract it to your Open vpn config folder and than run your open vpn client and connect it using the config file i had given..

Iam sure it will connect, if it doesnt just disconnect and connect it again,(y bcoz it connected for me in second attempt)

so here is the proof of connected vpn
